The service
was very friendly and personal. I got to look at previously made agility equipment and discuss
what I wanted with the person who would be making it.
From
ordering to delivery was just a couple of weeks. When ordering agility equipment before I have
had to wait up to three months.

Toni Dawkins has been competing in agility for 12 years.
She has three collies - two are Agility Champions and one is just 13 months old.

agility, she is a scientist but now only part time now as teaching agility is gradually taking

Three months ago I purchased some agility equipment from David Howes for my wife’s birthday. It
consisted of a Dog Walk, See Saw, A-Frame and 8 Jumps. I decided to go to David after having
read a review by Toni Dawkins which I saw on your website, he seemed considerably cheaper than
the leading suppliers, and on the face of it the equipment seemed to be the same size, same
thickness, and same quality that you would expect to see in competition.
David was
very helpful throughout the order process, even when we called him to change the colour! - at
the time David was on holiday but the day he got back he called us to say that although he had
already started painting the equipment he would still change it for us. This was clearly above
and beyond the level of service that we expected to receive and I can’t thank him enough for
it.
When we
received the equipment (delivered in person by David and his wife) we were extremely impressed
– in fact, I still can’t believe how he manages to produce an outstanding product at such an
affordable price, add to this the exceptional level of customer service we received and I
understand why he has gained a following of loyal customers.
In
summary, if you’re looking for KC standard agility equipment at home, you would be hard pushed
to find anyone who can provide the quality of product, the excellent price and the overall
